Quality Inn White Springs Suwanee

Not worth $150 per night.

Liked: The room itself was clean, the rest of the property was filthy. There was trash all over the parking lot.
Disliked: First problem was the guy at the front desk with his attitude. I don't know if he was just in a bad mood but he was rude and got angry with the elderly lady in front of me because she couldn't figure out how to use the debit card machine. Also the price for this place is absolutely outrageous. We stayed at a much nicer and friendlier hotel the previous night for half of what we paid here.

Liked: Breakfast was ok; attendant was good.
Disliked: Location was hard to find; entry had as many craters as the Moon; facility is ran down and outdated.

Travel due to family death.

Liked: Sausage was great and hot..
Disliked: Eggs were sitting in water, waffle maker over cooked waffle, 2 lights in our room did not work at all so very hard to see in the dark. Dogs in the next room were loud most of the night until almost 1am.

Disliked: I was charged a refundable deposit, but only received a portion of it back without any explanation. The sink, when I tried to use it, splattered water everywhere over the back of the sink. But the deposit, fifty dollars with only 28 dollars returned and no explanation of why is the reason I will not return to the property. The decor was tired and the curtains facing the walkway did not close completely. I could go on, but why. I love dogs, but I was accosted in the breakfast room by a large dog carrying it's own leash. The hotel clerk just laughed. Dogs are usually not allowed in the common eating areas.
