We enjoyed Westfield but not...

Disliked: The room was never properly cleaned. There was hair on the bathroom floor and not cleaned until 4th day. The towels, sheets, and pillow cases were stained. We requested a wake up call for airport on the last day at 6 am and they called us at 4 am. When we told them to call at 6 am again,they still didn't call. When my husband dropped off the keys and asked why they never called, the guy said there was a phone problem. They should have knocked on our door. We almost missed our flight.

Extremely mortified!

Liked: When I booked it in April 2022 it was amazing and a wrote a great review. Staff was extraordinary and it was a great experience, so much so that I wanted a repeat of it this year April 2023.
Disliked: The minute I arrived a very unprofessional manager named Hilda, pushed the pleasant attendant aside and said she cancelled my reservation. And immediately said there’s no room for me there, get off the property or she’s going to have the cops haul me off for trespassing. I am a disabled patron, and so happy my young daughter was sleeping away as I would never want her anyone subjected to that treatment. I showed her that my Booking reservation did not show a cancellation and that rooms were available, she proceeded to say not for me. It was a traumatic experience, and was not what I needed as I recently recovered from a medical incident and it sent my stress level and blood pressure through the roof. Absolutely disconcerted, shocked and appalled that an individual such as this would be operating a fine establishment. Disheartened was on the phone for an hr speaking to Quality Inn corporate once my blood pressure was re-stabilized. I asked for police to come as there was nothing egregious done on our part and wanted the situation remedied, we didn’t even entertain the raised tones the manager presented prior as that is not our character. Never in my life would I have expected this after always having such a great experience. Had to find alternate arrangements despite booking this one months prior. Extremely mortified!

Liked: Room was clean but hallway was dirty (ongoing renovations?). Tub didn't drain well and other plumbing issues. LOTS OF ROAD NOISES.

Very good

Liked: When we were at the breakfast cafe, we had to leave in a hurry. In the process, I left my pocketbook hanging from the back of a chair. When I discovered that it was missing, we drove back, fully expecting that it had been stolen or that credit cards had been removed. Instead, the concierge greeted me with the purse, which was fully intact. I am so grateful for the honesty and compassion. Your staff was professional and courteous.

Peeping Tom

Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: This hotel was going through renovations during my stay, the outside(balcony) was being renovated which was not too much of an inconvenience only that I was not informed of this prior to my stay. Also one of the workers that was on the property working opened my balcony room door while my girlfriend, her daughter & children were changing into their clothes. I found this very disturbing & appalling, I spoke to the manager he apologized & told me he would refund 50% of my hotel stay due to the inconvenience & frightening experience I was only refunded 20% of my hotel stay this is dishonest and he did not keep to his word. I did not feel comfortable nor safe staying here & the hotel manager did not make the proper measures to insure the safety of my family staying at this Hotel.

Liked: It was a convenient location. The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were brand new.
Disliked: Only because they were in full remodel, which i did not know when booking, it was dirty, when turned on the heater my bed instantly filled with styrofoam pieces. The bathroom was half completed. But it worked for what i needed for 2 nights.

Liked: Location was fine
Disliked: Construction dirt was in the room. The door from the room to outside did not seem very secure you could see outside around the door itself. This Made me feel very unsafe.
