They can do better.

Liked: I liked that I could manage the air conditioning to my necessities.
Disliked: Dirty sheets with dry and old blood on it. Dirty towels. Dirty floor. The tv didn’t work. And no phone to reach the main office. The phone was there but with no connection , no cable. Weird sounds from the room in the back. Very disappointed.

Disliked: The room was not clean at all. The towels were dirty. The sheets were dirty. I went to the front desk to tell the girl that the room was not clean and that I need some cleaning supplies . I took some bleach off of the housekeeper cart to bleach the room myself, the rag was very dirty once I completed my cleaning . I did not sleep on the sheet and I did not use the towels. The toilet and the tub was not clean. The refrigerator still had food in it. Terrible.
