Great friendly service.

Liked: I loved the feeling of being in what appears to be an old mansion. I also loved the fact they are pet friendly and served breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

We were delighted by the...

Liked: I love, love, love the decor. Tudor is one of my favorite periods. I found the place charming, it's location near to the Ferry and Victoria very convenient, the staff wonderful, and the breakfast scumptious.
Disliked: A quiet nook in the bar where we could avoid the sports TVs. Was there a garden area (like a rose garden) on the property to wander in? I didn't see any notice of one, but think you would likely have one.

Comfortable beds, clean, pleasant staff....

Liked: Very unique building, lots of character. Love the old books in the dining.
Disliked: Almost like a creepy castle.
