Disliked: Was way below any other Quality Inn Didn’t feel safe and room so dirty couldn’t sleep in bed and bathroom too dirty to shower It was as bad as could get. People doing drugs outside in parking lot I left about 3 am because so awful.

Liked: I like that this property was pet friendly and close to the Mississippi River
Disliked: The AC in the room didn’t work. Mississippi in June is hot. It was uncomfortable. The night clerk didn’t charge my card correctly. So in the morning, I went and let the morning staff know and had them rerun my card. No one had noticed I hadn’t been charged. Then after they ran my card, they came and accused me of lying and not paying for the dogs to stay and extra $33 after I had just basically voluntarily let them know I hadn’t been charged. The night clerk didn’t write down that I said we had dogs. So the daytime manager was extremely rude over this to me. They then tried to run my card for $33 repeatedly till the bank shut my card off and I had to pay them cash and call the bank and get my card fixed since this was the first stop on our vacation. Thank goodness it was a weekday. And on.

Great People, not so Great...

Liked: Lady that checked us in and Jennifer in housekeeping were super nice. Jennifer went out of her way to make sure we were happy and satisfied. As best we could be, anyway.
Disliked: First room smelled of mildew and mold. We were changed to a new room without any problems, however it wasn't much better. Still had stale, musty smell. Again, better than the first but not really "Good". There were signs of mold or mildew in both rooms. Both rooms had a very damp; wet feel to them. There were light signs of mold and mildew in both rooms. On doors and pictures. Again, this is no reflection on the staff. They were great!! You do the best with what you have to work with, And they did just that.
