Disappointing

Possibly the worst hotel we’ve...

Liked: Quiet location.
Disliked: First room we were offered had old food in the fridge, hadn’t been vacuumed and smelled of cigarette smoke. Stains & dust on furniture. Second room option also hadn’t been vacuumed and had old food stains in the freezer along with dusty furniture. Air conditioners very noisy when you try to sleep.

Liked: The room was nasty. Wasn’t vacuumed! Pool was closed. Front desk woman at check in was rude. Breakfast was barely even a breakfast.

Liked: Wonderful stay,,my partner hd spoke with manager to get early access to the room to decorate for my bday without me knowing,,I was so surprised overjoyed to walk in..my spouse told me the staff helped pull it off,,I'm so grateful.so in my opinion the staff/manager as well housekeeping were excellent
