Disliked: No control of heat and couldn't get a fan

Liked: The first room we checked into all the lights worked fine. We went for dinner and returned about an 1 1/2hrs after checking in and none of the lights worked. Went to tell the front fest and the desk clerk said we should never had been checked into that room as they have been having problems with the electricity in that room and one other room. So we packed all of our things up and moved to another room which we felt like we were in a dungeon. The bathroom was filthy and the ceiling looked like it was going to cave in on us as it had huge spots that have water damage to it. The only good thing about staying there was their awesome pool.

Glad i stayed there
Liked: It was nice, cozy, clean , excellent place if you have children via the sweet pool/game room. Oh man, next time I’m taking swimming trunks. Breakfast was decent as well, better than some. I like the dining area, it looked like they had a bar but I’m not sure. This is really a good spot and I will for sure stay there again.
Disliked: Didn’t seem to be cameras in the back lot where I was parked. I woke up at 5 am and checked my vehicle. Hard to sleep comfy without that piece of mind. The car was fine though. Also the hotel needs new doors but outside of that it’s really a nice place

Disliked: When checking out they said we smoked in the room and we're going to keep security deposit the manager came and looked and gave us our deposit after determining we had not smoked in the room

Liked: I didn’t stay
Disliked: I booked a king size room when I checked in they gave me a double when I went to the desk about it they said they had no kings available. Bookings.com said I would get my money refunded because I didn’t stay and I have yet to get reem burst for the room charge.

Disliked: I send an email and pictures of the state of the room and hotel to booking.com and spoke with customer service and they did noting about it. I will be posting the pictures to multiple social media sites. Explaining how poor I was treated and how not to use the hotel I booked or booking.com . I have used this site in the past alot with work and pleasure. From here on out you lost my business and the thousands of dollars for my very large Is employer.
