Disliked: Small space between the bed and the fridge/TV stand. Very tight space in parking lot.

Disliked: Motel was using majority of property for homeless services. People smoking outside 24/7. Prostitutes roaming around at night. Housekeeping was hostile when I requested clean towels, initially refusing to give them to me. Items stolen from our room. Worst stay at motel ever...and it was over the holidays. Beyond disappointing.

Liked: Professional prompt service. Clean rooms.
Disliked: Sat TV issue, not working properly always cuts out

"Pleasant Stay."

Liked: The staff at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Helped me open my room door, and told me about the breakfast and if I need anything call him.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was not having a chair to sit. It's hard for me to stand when I get dressed. The bed is sort of high due to my height, don't get me wrong, the bed is fine, it's easier for me to sit in a chair and dress due to my disabilities. But overall, it was great!

Liked: It had a bed and the shower was hot. I needed those things. And it was relatively close to the Berkeley campus and that is what I needed.
Disliked: I was NEVER ALONE in the room I booked for 1 person. The roaches in the room kept me surprise company. I would have preferred not to have crawlies in my room.
