Liked: They told me they would accept a company that worked with them to refund my booking .com reservation, and replace it with a new reservation, stated it would cost nore , and I agreed, but am concerned as I have nothing in my banking showing any credit for the booking. Good overnight stay in Umatilla

Liked: Comfy and quiet room- good restaurant recommendation!Breakfast selection was adequate.
Disliked: Nothing - it worked as a good night stop for us.

Stay was okay the cleaness...

Liked: They have very poor staff communication, I fall outside entrance because of ice on the floor , seem the area was not clear nor signs or lights were in the area . I heard my self really bad with the fall .
Disliked: Clean and clearance of ice and snow in the entrance
