Quality Inn Tulsa-Downtown West

Disliked: We arrived after 3. The room wasn't even clean when we walked in. Went to talk to the front desk and one of the cleaning ladies was asked to clean the room. She made a comment and said no to the front clerk in front of me. The front clerk did get us changed to a different room that was clean. So glad we were only staying one night.

Liked: The concert was very good.
Disliked: Check in was at 3pm. So arriving at 7 pm you would think the room you booked a week ahead of time would be ready. Not the case here. We were asked to leave our personal items behind the desk while they tried to get our room cleaned. I told the lady at the desk that was not an option. We had a cab waiting to take my wife and I to the Bruno Mars concert. A special night that was five months in the planning. We were down graded to a small room with a queen bed. We were offered zero compensation for our inconvenience. Paid the full price for a room that we did not get.

Perfect spot to stay for an event downtown if taking a cab - $10 to the BOK; nice staff, clean room and comfortable bed!

Liked: The front desk guy was friendly.
Disliked: There were trash bags, beer bottles and other trash in the hallways. The room had an air freshener that overpowered the space and I'm sure it was to cover up the bad smell. The furniture was broken and there was a beer bottle in the trash in room. I think someone was hanging out watching tv before we came in. The tv was on a movie channel. Everything was dirty and it was just gross. There were a lot people moping around outside and we were concerned about the safety of our car. I would have left but it was late and we were too tired to find something else.

Disliked: It was disgusting. The room was dirty. There was gum on the floor, candy or gummies on the desk, mouse droppings in the bathroom light, the ceiling was caving in from water damage, the lamp didn’t work, there was left over beer in the fridge, the air vents were molded, hotel staff had friends just hanging out in the lobby talking about fights they have been in, only for one station in the tv. The hall way where our room was completely dark. The hotel reaked of weed but other than that … the concert we went to was great!
