Liked: The staff was super friendly and accomidating. The location was close to where we needed to be and it was very quiet. We liked this location so much we cancelled a reservation for another event in the area and re-booked here.

Liked: Good location. Clean and convenient. Cost was great for one night stay. Halfway between Syracuse and Cortland

Disliked: Dated rooms. Ok rates especially 1st night but this isn’t a $135 hotel ( or more). Tried to use it last year and it was over $200. Certainly not that quality

Disliked: Price for the room in this remote location and the top cover of the bed was skeevy but essential for warmth.

Disliked: Breakfast options are not very healthy ( prepackaged breakfast sandwiches, high sugar yogurts, sugary cereals, pre packed baked goods). More whole food and fresh options would be better. Pet fee was more than expected.

Disliked: Loud fan in bathroom. Broken/missing parts in room coffee maker. Couldn’t use it. Good thing there was always coffee in the dining room

Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable for me. I like a firm mattress. I don’t expect everywhere I stay will have a perfect mattress for me.
