Liked: The only thing I liked about this property was the fact that I thought I could get a good night’s sleep there and finally rest after driving 5 hours to see my dad in the hospital.
Disliked: After my boyfriend and I got everything in the hotel room, we looked around. There was a pubic hair on the toilet seat, the bottom of the bath looked as if someone used it as their ashtray at one point in time, and there were dark liquid stains on the back of the bathroom door. The mini refrigerator/freezer was dirty and turned off, so it was warm in there, and the microwave was also dirty and turned off. To top off our wonderful night, there was a hole in the wall below the window in the room, where ants were crawling in and out on the desk beside the window. Our drinks and snacks, most of them closed luckily, were on that desk. My boyfriend and I started packing up as soon as we saw the ants because after we discovered everything else, we thought, we also thought it couldn’t get any worse. The guy at the front desk asked us if we wanted another room, after we told him everything, which we of course said no. He did not apologize nor even acknowledge our discomfort and disgust. And now, I’m being told I can’t get compensation from any of it. Just to have a nice day, and an apology.

I dont recommend staying here, its incredibly unsanitary, dirty, and the customer service was awful.
