Liked: the property was sold 14 days ago and is being converted into transitional housing. staff were given two weeks notice a couple of days ago. obviously closing for business.

Disliked: We asked where to park. We were told since we were staying only one night, they prefered us to park in the front. Where? There was no parking.Booked a non smoking 2 queen bed room. Got a King bed room that smelled like smoke. She wasn't really thrilled to switch us (she said they were full, even overbooked) even though I have alergies, but we ended up in a better smelling 2 queen bed handicapped accessible room. Hassel to have to change rooms! Breakfast was out of waffle mix by 7:50. What were those of us supposed to do who didn't get there in time? Breakfast was supposed to be from 6:30 to 9:30. When I asked if there was more mix, she looked at me and said "I think, No."

Too expensive for staying in...

Disliked: Too expensive for what it delivered. Don't like getting woken up early in the morning by motorcycles. This is a place for riff raff, priced for normal people. The people staying there looked like homeless and illegal immigrant families. This is a low class place, not middle class. Prices were just too much, $100 a night for this place is too much. Not nice at all. Why is this place priced like this? Might as well stay on 82nd

Disliked: The people in the room next door were loud and talking late and then got up at 4am and started loud talking again.
