Good price, good stay in...

Liked: Amenities in room.
Disliked: Staff behavior. Zero knowledge about hospitality. Rude talks at front desk. I asked for a bottle of water but received very rude response.

Disappointing

Disliked: Cleaning staff didn't know English. There were stains on sheets. Staff said there were none others available. Visible stains on floor. Couldn't take a bath because the drainage didn't work. Several electrical outlets didn't work. Could not get internet to use tablet. Breakfast was served too early 6-9am key card to room cut off exactly at noon. Ironing board was broken.

Looking forward to future reservations....

Liked: I like the fact that there are a lot of nearby shops and food places to choose from. Many of these places were all in walking distance. Awesome!
Disliked: Even though the breakfast is very limited, the lobby attendant is not very helpful. She acts as if she doesn't want to be there. You bring to her attention that some items are running out and she just walks away from you. Basically, ignoring Hotel Guest. This is unacceptable.
