Quality Inn Takoma Park

My stay was poor.

Liked: very poor. Everyday waffle.
Disliked: For 4 days my room has not been cleaned

Very good

Liked: I like the fact to easily book. I was given a room on the 1st floor. They have a fridge and microwave in each room.
Disliked: Toilet seat, too low. Someone somewhere was making noise outside. Had to turn the TV on to drown out the noise.

Disliked: The room smell is not nice. Its like smoking .

Horrible and I will NEVER...

Liked: I liked nothing about the property.
Disliked: The rooms were very dirty and run down. There were stands, mold and chips all over. The lock on the door was broken. One of the phones did not have a cord to plus it up. The management was not polite. I tried get help through booking.com. They were not any help at all.

Just Don’t

Liked: Was convenient to where we need to be
Disliked: We asked for a nonsmoking and staff gave us a room obviously that was smoking. Sheets and curtains were tinged with yellow due to the nicotine and smoke. Room still had the smoke smell from the last customer. Claimed to be under maintainance and construction but never saw anyone do anything

Liked: The customer service was good. The room had always been good. Continental breakfast was good as well.
Disliked: I went to take a bath and the stopper knob to pull for the water to fill up fell apart. I ended up showering It was new and had not been put together properly.
