Decent price for the location, but room for improvement with a few tweaks.

Liked: I liked the location with convenience stores and gas stations within walking distance. The second room was clean. The pool and weight room looked clean and maintained and the parking area was also clean, well lit at night, and safe.
Disliked: My first room wasn't cleaned, had dirty towels and a nasal spray bottle on top of the towels and the room didn't smell clean. The new room was decent but there were screw heads sticking out of the ceilings, spots were patchwork on walls or ceiling was shoddy, Additionally, Breakfast was slim pickins about an hour after breakfast started while other places I have stayed stocked enough to last the full service. In order to have a decent breakfast you didn't just have to show up during breakfast time but also had to beat out other guests to the more desirable food options. I was told the Hot Tub is kept at only 86 degrees and mine at home stays at 90. 86 isn't very inviting and to raise another 4 degrees would require quite a bit of time that busy travelers tend to not have.

Liked: Outstanding breakfast for motel of this type. Very attentive, helpful staff. Room items included microwave and refrig - not mentioned in description. Comfortable easy chair plus desk chair.
Disliked: Decor - tired and brown - a really bad color for motels. Lots of broken bits - door handles, heat vent, etc.
