I really enjoyed my stay

Liked: The pool, staff, location

Easy on and off highway

Liked: Breakfast was good. Clean and good choices
Disliked: The bathroom needs update Toilet paper holder fell out of wall.

Disgusting!

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Everything. The pictures posted on their site must be old because the whole place is a dump. Do not stay here. The moment we got there we had a bad feeling and then we got into the room. My husband lifted the mattress from box spring as we always do and there were at least 2 cockroaches that we could see. We immediately went back to the front desk and asked to be refunded because there was no way we were going to stay there. The man at the front desk spoke with his manager (supposedly) and said they would reverse out the charges. We asked if there was anything else we needed to do but he said no and that we were free to go. The next morning I noticed I had a charge again from them on the card I used to hold the reservation. When I called to inquire the man who answered (who I believe was the same gentleman from the day before) was extremely rude and told me that because we had manipulated the blankets on the bed that another guest would not be able to stay in that room now and that his manager told him to charge us for the night. I told him we would have stayed had it been clean and not infested with cockroaches. He became more disrespectful as the conversation went on. I spoke firmly with him but was still composed. I told him what they did wasn’t right. They charged my card without authorization and refuse to reimburse me. As I read through other comments that I found outside of this site, I wish I would have seen them sooner. Do not stay here. You will absolutely regret it.

Liked: Wanted Sumter, SC location but the system selected Santee, SC. It was a simple mistake and the property manager will not provide my refund. I called to speak with him twice and he was very disrespectful. He also lied saying my money is with booking.com not them. However, booking.com representatives said it's with Quality Inn.
Disliked: I didn't like not receiving the correct customer service from the Santee, SC location I actually stayed at twice before in the past. I will not be returning. The system needs to be updated to remove Sumter, SC Quality Inn because they are closed

Didn’t stay because it was...

Liked: Nothing to be completely honest! We walked into our room. It smelled really bad. The bed sheets had already been slept in and had crumbs in them and little hairs. The mattress’s had blood stains and were yellow and smelled as well. Then we saw roaches crawling up the walls.
Disliked: Nothing but when we pulled out of the parking lot and saw a nicer hotel across the street.

Wanted a refund
