Disappointing

Liked: It was OK
Disliked: Bed was not comfortable, room was VERY DIRTY!!! When we got to the room it was Extremely Cold!

I drove 5 hours and...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The staff gave our rooms away. Put us in smoking and lies about my reservation.

Do not stay here even...

Liked: Customer service
Disliked: The run down of the place. No full breakfast like egg and sausages like usual. Just cereal, oatmeal, and muffins. Also, roaches. Power went out one room had to get another. Customer service was outstanding, just the place is now run tf down. Stop at Forrest City instead. Will not be back.

Internet pictures are deceiving, not...

Disliked: The room we reserved with two queen bed was dirty, crumbs in chair, toilet brown ring, non smoking but smelled heavy smoke. Receptionist gave us another room but only a double bed, my wife is big and I got pushed off the bed.
