Staff was nice and friendly.

Liked: Location was fine, breakfast was good. Our A/C unit leaked, and had water around the unit. 2nd night our toilet stopped up and we had to change rooms.
Disliked: I was charged for a pet fee, that I never had any pet with me, nor did I request to bring a pet, but the hotel said they couldn't refund me the $100 because I booked thru your company. I am still requesting my $100 pet fee back.

Disliked: Breakfast all cold. Even coffee!Bathroom not clean. Mold mold mildew in baseand corners.Shower water flows on floor.

Liked: Stained bedding and rude front desk service that seemed like she would rather being doing anything else. As if I was an annoyance by trying to check in. I ended up leaving and driving 4+ hours home rather than stay as the room felt unsafe and unsanitary. Do not stay here
