Bad

Disliked: I was charged twice for the same night $98.79, when I was told only $50 to check in earlier and then I was charged $30 and told they would refund it. I deserve to be refunded for one of the $98.79 and the $30.

Venue is not worth the...

Liked: Breakfast was pretty bad. Powdered scrambled eggs and somewhat greasy sausage. It was adequate, but not very good.
Disliked: It was obviously an older motel that had some rather cheap renovations. The beds were not particularly comfortable, and the linens were tired. There was a ring in the toilet that showed it had not been scrubbed in quite a while.

3 night stay

Liked: Front desk person named Alian was very welcoming and friendly. He made sure we had what we needed and did everything he could to accommodate our stay. The room as well as common areas were clean and comfortable, air conditioner worked very well, and the fridge was actually cold. Rooms have been updated recently, the vinyl flooring is a nice change from carpets in most hotels.
Disliked: The door deadbolt lock was not able to actually lock, it was hitting the strike plate and would not function properly which is unacceptable at a hotel. No USB plugs anywhere in the room. It seems when rooms are updated everything except electrical was updated as they are still old outlets and nothing has USB ports.The cable tv connection in the room was constantly going in and out and had to move the cables into a very precise position to get it to stay clear picture.

Disliked: I wish the trash cans in the room were a little bigger

Disliked: Went to breakfast at 9:30 and most items were gone. Would not make mire eggs on Sunday.

Lesson learned

Liked: The tissue and shampoo were both empty and hair was on the bathroom floor ….
Disliked: They put two $100 holds on funds on my account for incidentals . When i brought it to the attention to the gentleman at the desk he said he would tell his manager. I was so frustrated about this incident i didn’t even discuss the bathroom issues
