Pleasantly surprised!!

Liked: The front desk staff were amazing- friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. The gentleman's name was Alain, I think? It was very clean, better than expected. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I typically don't use a pillow at home because of my neck problems, but the one I used there was very comfortable, with no pain when I woke up!
Disliked: One minor thing- Could have used a light on the stand between the beds.

Lovely people, great space

Liked: The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. He was also the person who checked me out. Very lovely interaction both timed.
Disliked: There was a light switch I couldn't figure out what it did.

Liked: Alain is the best employee I ever met! So very hard working and so courteous. He always remembers us and goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect! He is an excellent asset to your hotel!

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean, quiet. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Key card issues were annoying, but the staff was polite and efficient to replace them. My card stopped working again, an hour before check out time, while I was making multiple trips to my vehicle. A few places of grout in the shower could use a bit of cleaning.
