Liked: Absolutely GORGEOUS room with a great view of the town and train tracks. I loved the nookbelow the window

Liked: The staff was very patient with everything that went wrong.
Disliked: Original room had broken sink. Moved us upstairs to wrong room with only 1 bed. Moved us back downstairs to room not handicap accessible like I reserved. Also didn't have pillows on 1 bed. And no remote for TV.

Liked: The hotel staff were helpful.
Disliked: There is no housekeeping service. During my stay, the hotel ran out of soap. After checkout, the hotel charged me $300 without an explanation, even though I don't smoke and didn't cause any damage. I have to file a dispute to get the bogus charge returned

Liked: The lady at the counter.
Disliked: This hotel was the dirtiest I have ever seen. The bed was made back up with dirty sheets. The carpet filthy, the mirrors on the wall as headboard had booby stained imprints. The bathroom was dirty and the two rooms we saw stunk of weed and smokes.

Disliked: The rooms do not have any shampoo soap or conditioner. The a/c was stuck on and the bathroom door lock lock was stuck on lock. They refused to move us or fix the problem. The minimal breakfast has coffee but no cups.
