Disliked: I had to clean the toilet in my room, which was filthy. I went to desk and was given cleanser and a toilet brush. I cleaned it myself. The guy at the desk did not offer any assistance to clean. He didn't even apologize.The room, not just the toilet, was dirty.

Liked: It was very close to where family lives.The room was quiet and very conducive to sleep!Each concierge was very welcoming.
Disliked: The smell of the carpet cleaner (I think that's what it was) in the lobby and hallway was very strong, and for me, overwhelming. Fortunately, it was not in the room.
