Just not a good experience

Disliked: The steps and walkway up to the second level is outside and it was dirty and full of bird poop

Location and late reservation were...

Liked: Very run down caution tape up all over the 2nd floor walkway to our room felt like you might fall through it
Disliked: The air conditioning unit smelled terrible very much like mildew musty wet smell and more water can out of the faucet in shower than the shower head

It is ok. Room is...

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: A/C did not keep room cool. Stairs had raised warped sections easy to trip over and difficult for moving luggage.

Worse than disappointing, unsafe, unclean,...

Liked: Terrible there was nothing we liked and I am not talking about the food. It was filthy, rusty, falling apart both exterior and interior. Disgusting

Poor

Liked: Didn’t go breakfast, walked to Bob Evan’s. Our son and family said the milk was spoiled and eggs was watery.
Disliked: No towels at all in our room, no hand, wash clothes, bath towels or bath mat. The room was hot, couldn’t get it adjusted. Way to much money for one night but it was higher because of graduations and Mother’s Day.

Wasn’t worth saving some money...

Liked: Location and price was good but that was it.
Disliked: Room had a funny smell and was dirty. Appliances didn’t work. Horribly cheap breakfast.
