Liked: Well mannered hotel staff and very helpful

Never going back

Liked: The AC was the only thing good. Now the checkout was peaceful and I think the owners were the ones that checked me out. Very sweet people
Disliked: The lady at the desk was so unprofessional. We left and went to get food . Came back the room smelled horrible!! The elevator ride was a nightmare. The hallway felt like we were working on rocks. The outlets in the room by the dryer didn't work.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and cool. Location was close to the reception we came for plus very close and convenient to Biloxi, Gulfport and Ocean Springs
Disliked: Breakfast did not have a variety. Other guests allowed kids to run up and down the hall. out of the 8 days we stayed only got the room cleaned once due to staff shortage

Great quality great people!

Liked: The staff was genuine and polite. It was quiet and very comfortable. However, the TV did not work in our room, but since we checked in late, we didn't bother with asking for it to be corrected, but I told them on our way out, which I'm sure that they have already fixed the problem.
