Incredibly disappointing and unacceptable.

Liked: Didn't like anything about this stay, and if another room was available locally I'd have left as soon as we walked into the room.
Disliked: The room was upstairs, and there is no handicap accessibility!! The site does not say this! I require first floor or an elevator due to recent surgery and they were just like, "Sorry." This is completely unacceptable. Getting up and down stairs was laborious and painful. The room was very dirty. Stains on carpet, stains on furniture, and on walls. Hooks hanging off the door. Bolts sticking out of the wall. Terrible mildew smell. Appliances very old. We would not even take our shoes off in the room due to the dirty carpet. The breakfast was just ok and the person before me took all the rest of the eggs and sausage. The serving trays sat empty and when I asked about it being refilled they said in a few minutes. However I was on a schedule and the trays did not fill up in the time it took me to eat my yogurt and toast. I would never ever recommend this place.
