Very Disappointed-only a 2 start...

Liked: Convince-right by the interstate. Comfortable bed
Disliked: The whole hotel smells like stale cigarettes. Carpet was very very very dirty- left black on bottom of feet and walls were dirty. Need to get rid of carpet in whole hotel and Breakfast was a joke.

Liked: There was no breakfast or coffee. Even though that was supposed to be one of the amenities.
Disliked: Having coffee and breakfast available.

Liked: Close to interstate.
Disliked: No breakfast was provided. The hall was very musty and damp. The door did not close on our room. Staff was never around.

Definitely not worth the price that I paid!

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Towels were good.
Disliked: No elevator, hotel was not in great shape. Fitness room was not cleaned, no wipes to clean equipment, some electrical plugs in the room didnt work, comforter on the bed was VERY thin, 1st person @ the desk couldnt figure out how to check me in & called for help. 2nd person checked me in but couldnt print a receipt. He said he emailed it to me, but I never received it. 3rd person (as I left for the evening) finally printed my receipt.

Liked: The only good thing was the lady that worked the front desk at night. She was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The lock was broken there was a huge hole in the comforter, holes in the curtains and the only chair had a giant disgusting stain. I showed all of this to the manager and he did nothing to help.

Disliked: My room was not clean !!!!!
