Cookie cutter but good nights'...

Liked: Convenient location for our wine tours.Comfortable beds, soft linens, good hot water. Spacious enough room. Not far from shore walk.
Disliked: Breakfast is the processed eggs, processed yogurt, waffles...packaged oatmeal

Superb

Liked: The location was great, with a short walk to the lake and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.
Disliked: The breakfast area seemed a bit short staffed.

Superb

Liked: The building appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet & well supplied with tea & coffee. There was a good selection of hot & cold food at the breakfast buffet. Best of all was the friendly, helpful staff.

Liked: Breakfast. Staff during this visit
Disliked: Staff is very variable. At a prior stay (within 10 days) staff was rude or not responsive (refused to provide a bottle opener claiming this was the hotel policy when in fact we knew from a previous visit this not to be the case; in the morning staff ignored any "good morning" greetings). This visit staff was very nice and responsive.
