Quality Inn & Suites Meridian - West Boise

The room was average but the beds and pillows were as hard as rocks. The towels for taking a shower were too small. The morning we left we went to push the door open and it would not open. My husband had to use his key to push the door latch - had there have been a fire no one would have been able to get out. We stayed on Saturday the 26th, but will not stay there again.

Disliked: We will not stay again.

Liked: The location was near the freeway so very easy to arrive. The hot breakfast was very nice.

This is the very worst...

Disliked: This property was filthy. The hallway to our room was dirty and stained the entire way to the outside door. Our room temperature was set on 60*, in August. We should have know something was wrong right then. As it was late, we immediately got into bed to warm and get some rest. As the room got warmer the smells came to life. The oder of dog and dog excreatment was more evident by the minute. We got up and out at first light. In the daylight we could see the dirty stains on the bedspread too. We left without breakfast as we questioned the cleanliness of the kitchen. There was no attendant at the front desk to hear our complaints when we left. I believe the only reason this hotel has any business is from unsuspecting clientele there to visit the very popular waterpark next door.

Liked: Location next to Roaring Springs Water Park is absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was a very good set up with both hot and cold options. Facility was clean.
Disliked: Check in staff was unprofessional and somewhat rude. Had a problem in our first room so we were moved to another, the situation was remedied rather quickly but again, somewhat unprofessionally.
