Quality Inn & Suites Meridian - West Boise

The room was average but the beds and pillows were as hard as rocks. The towels for taking a shower were too small. The morning we left we went to push the door open and it would not open. My husband had to use his key to push the door latch - had there have been a fire no one would have been able to get out. We stayed on Saturday the 26th, but will not stay there again.

Disliked: We will not stay again.

Liked: everything. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were awesome, and clean. Love the shower.

Liked: Jay is an absolute awesome employee and makes guests feel so welcome!
Disliked: The shower in our room was enclosed - kinda claustrophobic.

Disliked: The place needed some updates, but wasn't an issue with the stay.

Liked: The front desk switched our room for us right away.
Disliked: The rooms are very low quality. The bathroom doors are sliders and don't slide well and my son got stuck in the bathroom. It took a while to get the door to open and it was off its tracks. We were able to switch rooms. The bathrooms over all need a lot of work. There's mold on the ceiling, overlapping paint and the caulk along the shower is cracked and overly applied so it's chunky. The beds are very firm.

Liked: Bed was comfortable, location was good, and breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Shower in bathroom was old and we had to step up over a foot to get into it. Shower had chips in finish and old caulking. Hallways were noisy and smelly.
