Quality Inn & Suites

It was clean and quiet. The only bad thing was they closed the indoor pool and hot tub and didn't say anything about it until I checked in. The restaurant they have right next to the motel was amazing. The food was wonderful, staff was wonderful and we got at 10% discount because we were staying at the hotel. We would use the hotel again.

Disliked: Unfriendly housekeeping. Cursing up and the halls. I was in the process of moving things to my friends truck before 9 am and she came into my room to clean and threw everything out. She put all of my dirty face clothes and towels into the fridge, after throwing my food away. I have pictures! This is disgustingly gross! No one wanted to help me! I was robbed of my human right of privacy! If I do not get a respond back, I will be taking care of this in my own eay

Liked: The location is awesome and in the middle of everything and the rooms were clean and very well kept.
Disliked: The pool house/gym room was in bad disrepair. It needs an update and thorough cleaning and remodel.

Liked: Room was dated, but clean. Breakfast was OK.
Disliked: The room had a weird smell upon entering. Bathtub took a bit to drain. The hot tub looked nasty - film floating over entire top of water. Pool water was cloudy. No showers available to use before getting in. No pool towels available.

Disliked: First off they tried putting me in a room that wasn’t what I reserved. They did some what correct the room issue when I brought to their attention. But it still wasn’t what I had reserved. I had reserved a room top floor in building 2. I was given 2nd floor main building right next to the stairs so you could here every person in the hall going to breakfast in the morning Second they changed me more then what I had agreed through the website. There excuse for this was it was a resort fee that they charge on top of what bookings pay. Third the toilet wasn’t bolted to floor. Fourth the tub/shower was dirty. There were black spots on the wall surrounds of the shower, the floor pan of the tub was gray from not being washed and shower curtain had makeup all over the edge of it. Every time I have stayed there the quality gets worse and worse of the place.

Would absolutely recommend

Liked: The larger property is being rehabbed. Our are was already done. It was spotlessly clean. The pool, hot tub & sauna were great. Breakfast was perfect & we were able to get back in the road early & well rested!
