Liked: That I checked out
Disliked: Everything- staff- filthy- leaking roof- hood area- scary- Shawn at the front desk is scary and rude- beats on doors and threatens to call the cops- bc HE entered incorrect info in their system for my room number- I am a woman traveling alone and he refused to call the room. Checked out just 1 hr after check in!

Won't go back.
Liked: The air conditioning worked.
Disliked: The shower was the worst. The water pressure would cut off after about a minute and would come back on after about 2 - 3 minutes ice cold. It would warm up after 1 - 2 minutes then cut completely off again, then repeat that cycle.

The nightmare room
Liked: Not a single thing, would give it a zero if I could for a review.
Disliked: Nothing about this place was pleasant. First of all, the size of the room was disappointing. The photos from the hotel's website on Booking.com look like the room was larger than what it actually was. From the room itself to the inept staff this place was the absolute worst hotel experience I ever had. The room was dirty, the toilet seat broken, the tub backed up and it was totally booked so there wasn't a room to get transferred to. I took pictures to show to the manager who was completely unapologetic and took zero accountability for the condition of the place. Almost everything from the appliances to the decor was outdated and there was a broken window which should've been fixed before the room was even considered to be safe for using. The manager was unfriendly and was utterly unconcerned about any of the issues and immediately said, I couldn't get a refund because I booked through Booking. Com. and that he didn't have any "transactions" on recored for me (but I had to use my debit card to pay for an additional $50 deposit for damages). He offered me a "discount" on a future visit. As if I would ever come back again after being so dissatisfied and treated with such disregard.
