Good location, dirty hotel

Liked: Convenient location next to the highway. Lots of restaurants around.
Disliked: The room was very dirty. We had a pet, but we were still expecting to have a clean room. There was hair (human and animal) on the floor, and one of the beds smelled so strongly of urine that we did not sleep well and had to shower in the morning to get the smell off.

Disliked: I did see a few roaches the walls were dirty there were stains on the covers before we even used them over all just didn't look very clean

Disliked: Tv selection was not able to watch Netflix, elevator is located only on one end of building, requested a change of sheets waited a few hours no one brought any up so I went down and got them myself. Side door of building door does not lock . For the money I spent I think things should have been a little better.

Pleasant

Disliked: There might have been something wrong with the AC. There was an extreme amount of moisture in the air, all of our towels, even the new ones we got and our clothing and our suitcases were damp. The room wasn't quite cold enough even at a cooler setting and I think will the AC wasn't drying the moisture out of the air.
