Liked: I was surprised how comfortable the beds were.. You can tell they are trying to update the rooms and they are looking good.. It was a great price for just a one night stay on the way home, and check in was easy..
Disliked: The entrance was under construction which made access to the lobby a little rocky but with the recent weather I wasnt too surprised..I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut down the street and I have my 50 something dollar order stolen at 10:00 at night.. not a reflection on the hotel but just an FYI they outsource to doordash

Liked: The location was good- close to the interstate and near a restaurant. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The comforter on the bed was dirty. It had some stains and we had to pick food off of it. The shower walls had several drips all the way down the wall from the soap dispensers from previous guests. The walls in the sink area clearly needed wiped down as well. The water pressure in the shower was not as powerful as other hotels. That makes it difficult to get thick or long hair clean. While they did have a coffee machine that offered several types of drinks (cappuccino, latte, etc.), the 2 that I tried tasted the same and were not good. We couldn’t log on to the internet with our tablet.

Liked: The room was as expected. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: The parking lot has a major HUGE hole around the first driveway. Then the whole parking lot has pot holes.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The shower diverter was loose from the wall. It did not retain the water for a bath. The shower fixture was free from the wall.The room smelled like mold. The door didn't shut without being forced. The breakfast was not pleasing at all. There was 4 pieces of stale toast, the coffee maker didn't make anything even close to coffee. The cereal was stale.

I made a complaint upon...
Disliked: It was under construction and hard to figure out how to get to the front desk. The stairs going up to our second floor literally collapsed making us have to step over them to get up to our room and there was no caution tape until the next day.
