Disliked: The staff were a little rude at times. The room wasn’t clean at all, the bathroom was not stocked with toiletries or towels that were ready to accommodate a family of four. It could have been a better cleaner room. The room had no smell, which it was stuffy all the time so we had to continuously run the air conditioner.

Liked: I booked at the last minute and was able to get the room. The room was nice, cozy, clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. They also did not require a deposit. That was a plus for me.

Liked: Great location just off I-20! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Virginia, desk clerk was able to accommodate my choice of room due to my physical condition and age. Could not get the TV remote to work. Manager got me promptly fixed up with a newer functioning TV remote. The rooms were clean and plenty of Towels of decent quality. Overall my stay was good but the hotel room I was in is definitely showing signs of aging and minor repairs for future guests. I will stay there again on my way back. Recommend if you’re just passing through but not for long stays!
Disliked: Dated in appearance and in need of minor in room repairs. TV is an old flat screen w poor resolution and no channel guide in the room to be found.
