So very disappointed

Liked: The location is convenient to the freeway. There is breakfast included however we didn't partake.
Disliked: We were assigned a room by the front desk clerk who was efficient but not welcoming, never made eye contact. Upon entering the room you could tell it was dated and in need of a makeover. The horror came when I walked in the bathroom to find mildew and blood on the shower curtain and a shower that had not been cleaned. The bed sheets were worn, bloody, had a dead bug and long black hairs. Old rooms are one thing but dirty rooms are not acceptable. We reported this to the desk clerk and were moved right away to a different room which has been updated with all the amenities the website says it has but most of all it was clean.

A decent place to sleep...

Liked: The front desk clerk courteously greeted me. When we entered our room, the light switch by the door did nothing. We found the switch on the lamps by the bed and got ready to go to sleep. The one bed was fine; however, the other bed had sheets with stains on them. One of the hand towels did as well. The shower had great pressure and stayed warm through both ours showering. The shower mat was yellowed and the underside appeared dirty and I found a dried up contact on the bathroom floor. The main mirror was clean but the one that pulls out to see yourself close up was very dirty. One of the three bulbs was out above the sink and there were no tissues in the holder on the front of the vanity. It was room 105.
