Disliked: There was no water..pipe burst..street was blocked due to construction..limited parking

Liked: I showed up and my reservation wasn't in their computer I booked through booking .com, I asked how this happens when my reservation said confirmed...he said "That's what happens when you book through a 3rd party" so I asked if there was any rooms available he said no...I was thankful though as the lobby had a terrible smell so I was worried what the rooms would be like, I found a very nice hotel near by and enjoyed my stay there...I will never recommend quality inn to anyone

Liked: Good customer service, comfortable beds, and good location (lots of things to do nearby)
Disliked: The staircase that leads outside is disgusting, there was food and garbage all over the stairs, it looks like its never been cleaned.I was also told an early check-in fee would be $25 but they charged my credit card $50.
