Disliked: This morning, a man unexpectedly broke into my room at six o'clock without asking for permission, which really freaked me out. Fortunately, I had locked my door before going to bed, so he couldn't get in. When I asked him who he was, he claimed to be front desk staff and said that this room should be unoccupied, so he came to check on it. I explained to him that the lady who opened the room for us had given us a replacement because the last one had a wet, moldy smell. After that, he just left without offering any apology. It was insane and completely unacceptable. How could they do something like that?

Liked: I stayed in room 204 I don't know what kind of mattereses you have on those beds but they are so comfortable had a good night sleep the staff on duty were really nice

Liked: We stayed in the efficiency king suite with the kitchen and seperate bedroom. This worked perfectly for me as it allowed me to remote work while my S.O. was sleeping. They provided pans and a full kitchen without the oven. It was very nice.
Disliked: Rooms are not sound proof so i was a little annoyed with the noise at some points but it was not a constant thing and to be expected

Liked: The room was clean. And the lady that was taking care of the breakfast was doing a great Job.
Disliked: The pool was to cold to swim in. And the hot tub was being worked on. The Toilet seat was really loose. I reported it to the front desk. And she had the janitor fix it while we went to dinner.

Liked: Clean, staff great, pool, breakfast
Disliked: No hot tub working the breakfast eggs were gritty
