Quality Inn & Suites

Liked: Friendly check in, rooms neat and clean. Had no problems plus it was a convenient location and easy to find
Disliked: Went swimming in the pool and the pool was cold, despite it being an heated indoor pool

Liked: Room size was fine.
Disliked: Hand railings were loose, couldn't shut the curtains, urine on the toilet where the seat connects, tub drained so slow you stood in the water, neither side table lamps' plug ins worked, beside lamp flickered, ice bucket was absolutely filthy and no liner and we weren't even greeted at check in...AT ALL...

Scary place, dingy and dirty.....avoid...

Liked: The fact that it was located in Mankato.
Disliked: The front desk staff was rude. The place was run down and dirty. There were a lot of shady people there. There was noise and slamming doors at all hours of the night. Someone tried our door over night and we thought someone was going to break in on us. People were doing maintenance on vehicles and drinking beer and smoking in the parking lot. There were people sitting in their cars foe long periods of time in the parking area with their motors running. Basically we felt unsafe and scared to be there.

Liked: Breakfast was good but I missed the oatmeal packages and some fruit like oranges and bananas.
Disliked: The toilet in room 125 needs a new flapper and chain as someone took a wire tie to connect it to the handle arm and it would get caught and run water. Also I wondered, why with the amount of guests on the weekend, Why only 3 tables and 5 high stools in the breakfast area? Looks like you could have 2 more tables in the area to accommodate all the guests.

Disliked: When we arrived, we waited for someone to wait on us. Another couple we know went next door to their hotel because noone waited on them.
