Liked: THe staff at check in was great ~ we arrived early ~ around 12:30p on sat aug 2nd and we were able to get inot our room shortly after. The pool and hot tub were outstanding. The room was welcoming ~ so clean and fresh. Breakfast was great ~ egg sanwiches, omlette wrap, yogurt, good coffee, fresh fruit ... just teriffic. Will go back in the fall for foliage ~
Disliked: Truly everything was perfect.

Spacious room and great facilities

Liked: Friendly staff. The room was spacious, with two doors providing access to the parking lot and the hallway leading to the pool and lobby. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were clean and in good condition
Disliked: Breakfast was limited (though it did include a couple of microwavable egg sandwiches), and the dining area was small, so it’s better to take your food back to the room. The mattress was too soft for my back, but that might just be a personal preference. There’s no tub in the bathroom, just a shower with a curtain that doesn’t really keep water from getting on the floor.

Liked: Excellent property near several excellent restaurants. Easy access to the Kancamagus Highway and Franconia Notch. Friendly, very helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again.
