Liked: Very clean. Front desk was so kind. We traveled early morning and were super tired she allowed us to check In early to get some rest before our next softball game

Ok for the $$ but...

Liked: The hotel was ok, and the staff was very friendly. It was very centrally located to pretty much everything, in the city so it made in easy and convenient to get everywhere. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast.
Disliked: We got there at 5pm-ish, and the rooms still weren't turned over from the night before. The bed was very uncomfortable. No hot tub. It was ok for the $$ but definitely needs upgrades. Oh, and there is NO ELEVATOR. Never been to a hotel, with multiple levels and no elevator.

Need a refund. You can...

Liked: I stayed Friday night and not Sunday night. Two families had to share one room on Friday night. This was supposed to be refunded and was not refunded. I have tried several times with no communication.
Disliked: I didn’t stay Sunday night I stayed Friday. Ight and paid for both nights. I was supposed to get a $175 refund.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable. They had enough towels so we could shower.
Disliked: They advertised a hot tub, and there was not a hot tub, just a pool.
