Disliked: we called ahead telling of our late arrival. we waited 15 minutes for desk clerk to awaken. he gave us room key for another guests room. when we did get our room, there were used washcloths hanging on the curtain. after telling mgt, they shrugged.

Liked: I have never felt more welcome at a hotel than at the Quality Inn. The owners operate this hotel as if it were their own home. It was clean, quiet and excellent value for the money. I will definitely stay here when I am in McCook again.

Disliked: hot tub was broke, room smelled like body odor, ice bucket was full of water, floor was dirty, daytime front desk was sketchy, stood and waited a long time (unable to ring) daytime front desk help.
