Liked: The staff were very nice and accommodating when there were problems with our room. Easy access.
Disliked: Our first room was dirty, and musty and light bulbs in the bathroom were burning out.

A place I’d stay again.

Liked: Clean room, great breakfast
Disliked: Not the hotel’s fault, but some guests were very noisy late into the night.

Liked: It’s nice, unfortunately this time there was a huge problem. Young guess were playing floor hockey in the entrance archway loud and disturbing even after midnight. Tried to get front desk help around 10:30 pm without success, no one answered the phone. Finally my door was hit hard with their ball and I had to open my door and yelled at them to go to bed , this was after midnight. I did lodge a complaint the next day but the response was just the minimum and dismissed my complaint because it was unfortunate .
Disliked: Normally very good, but this time I had problems with the door to my room, it was not shutting properly which made it difficult to enter or exit catching at the top of the door with its frame. This created problems unlocking it or making sure it was locked when going out .

Disliked: Needs renovation. Booked specifically to use the pool. Not available. Tried to use the gym. Rusty equipment. A bit run down overall

Disliked: Filthy. Run down exterior. Got the wrong room w the wrong size beds. Stains on the bedding. We left and went to another motel.
