Pleasant

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, the jacuzzi was amazing! Breakfast was ok for free, hotels definitely needs a face lift.
Disliked: Fresh paint! Face lift!

Long Weekend

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The dining area cabinets were filthy on the front and the trash can in there was also filthy. There were Nats coming out. The curtains in room 128 were all stained and there was trash on the floor in the hallway. Basically it needs a upgrade.

Liked: the staff was very nice and helpful.. the room was nice and the hotel was clean except the breakfast area.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't what it used to be. The same spots on the floor were both days. It was just disgusting. The cooler really needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

Liked: Staff was great, friendly, kind, and job well done. No complaints, no judgements.

A nightmare and freezing cold...

Liked: Nothing the pool was ice cold and so was the whole hotel even are. Breakfast was cold I had to put coffee in microwave the staff at front desk had there coat on we end up going out for breakfast which is crazy
Disliked: I didn’t like paying for a room and the whole building was so cold you even can see your breath I honestly don’t know why they didn’t have the heat on I don’t think I ever stay there again

Disliked: When the man at the front desk seen my spouse yell at our child for acting up in public he threatened him and swore at him highly unprofessional when he didn't know the whole situation.

The staff needs to be...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: The staff. Had to wake them up to check in. No one attended to the breakfast. No eggs no forks no napkins. No one ever at the desk. Either out smoking or in the lobby on their phone covered in a blanket.
