Liked: Everything was amazing. The room was very clean and the king size bed was awesome. The breakfast was awesome. So many breakfast items to choose from. The hotel staff was so polite.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Left before breakfast.
Disliked: Clean room, but no place to hang a towel?

Liked: The price was pretty good. The cleanliness was a little lacking. The carpet was sticky in some area.
Disliked: The parents that just let their children loose. No supervision at all during breakfast. But the worst was seeing how many kids under 14 were left unattended at the pool. I was scared to death someone's kid was going to drown.

Liked: Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: Housekeeping did not come into the room to clean any of the days to at least remove trash and replenish coffee.

Liked: most staff was very friendly except the reception who could not find our booking and seemed annoyed.the room next to us had children using the bed as a trampoline , not the hotels fault.the toilet in our room was not anchored to the floor.
