Superb

Quiet and comfortable

Liked: Very quiet. Next door to great gym and huge shopping centre. Building old; but room was clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: Perhaps some updates as building is dated.

It's a fair deal with...

Liked: The room was quite big for 4 of us. We were also able to create a space for a walk-in bed. We think it's a good deal for the price we paid for it as compared to others. Found it to be very close to downtown Ottawa. Breakfast was good with too many options.
Disliked: The microwave is placed in many locations but it would be better if we had one near the sitting area so we can warm the food and eat it the sitting area instead of bringing them to the room.

I will go somewhere else...

Liked: The room was clean and confortable.
Disliked: The evening staff was rude an un helpfull.The door of the room was very difficult to close because of a bad latch.

Disliked: Very early check out. Not very friendly staff

Disliked: The shower head should be removable . Fixed shower heads make feminine higiene very difficult

Liked: Liked the distance from the hotel to local spots. Good place to stay and explore Gatineau!!
Disliked: The staff didn't pick up the room phone when it was called.
