Disappointing

Liked: My room was the very farthest from reception, which is not really a problem. Check in was smooth and my first night was mostly without incident. The first morning of my stay I stepped into the bathroom and saw hundreds of tiny ants crawling all over the floor. I called front desk, they sent someone to spray. The spray treatment meant that I couldn't shower or use the bathroom at all for hours as per the directions of the spray used. I spent much of the day in my room but this particular hallway seemed to be where the cleaning staff gathered to talk loudly and incessantly throughout the day - directly outside my room door. At one point they took their break and when I opened my door to step outside my room, the cleaning cart had been left blocking my exit while the staff were on break. I went about my day and when I got back to my room, the couple in the room next to mine were so loud that I couldn't settle in for the night. I ended up packing my things and checking out around midnight on the second night of my stay because there was no opportunity for rest, respite or even a comfortable shower (dead ants still covered the floor).
