Disliked: From the moment of check-in, the experience was far below the standards expected of any reputable lodging establishment. The staff was consistently rude and unprofessional during both check-in and check-out, offering no assistance or courtesy, and making the entire process extremely unpleasant.Upon entering my room, I was immediately concerned by the lack of cleanliness and the unsanitary conditions. Most alarming was the discovery that drink items had been placed inside the bathroom—an unacceptable and highly unhygienic practice. Additionally, the room itself was not properly cleaned, and there were visible signs of neglect throughout especially on the beds and pillows. The ice machine was rusted and emitted a foul odor, making it unusable and raising serious health and safety concerns. Furthermore, the vending machines contained expired items, which is both dangerous and inexcusable.This stay was not only disappointing but also concerning from a health and safety perspective. I expect immediate attention to these matters, including a full investigation and appropriate corrective actions.
