Overall the stay was ok. Prices were high especially when I had to pay an additional $20.00 for 2 teenagers. Continual breakfast could have been better. Place smelled nice. Television was nice.

Affordable and met our needs;...

Liked: We were greeted by Alesha upon our arrival. Very welcoming and knowledgeable about things to do and places to see. The property is conveniently located to the Detroit Windsor tunnel. The parking lot is easy to maneuver. Breakfast was great! The woman that works in the breakfast area is welcoming and very cheerful.
Disliked: You could hear doors being closed from other rooms, which some onus is on those individuals for not respecting that they are not the only ones at the hotel. You could hear some noise from the street - our room faced the main road. The area where the property is located is a little run down with a few unhoused individuals hanging around but we were never approached by any.

Old, run down and right...

Liked: Pretty much nothing. The front desk staff was nice.
Disliked: Dated and run down. In a sketchy part of town surrounded by homeless. Entrance appears under construction and is dangerously tight with people exiting the hotel right where cars have to squeeze through. Lobby furniture was beat up. View was scary. The room itself was fine - toilet felt miniature, did not fully work, top lock on door would not close. Very noisy from hallway on one side, traffic on the other. Nightly rate was almost $400 - I expected much better. Would never stay again.
