Our stay was fine. Room was clean. Very close to the 1st Bank Theater. Had no problem getting a cab to the venue and back to the hotel. Would recommend!

Seemed like a nice hotel till we got back to our room and pulled the pillows up and there were hot wheel cars underneath so obviously the room hadn't been cleaned so we called the front desk and all he kept saying was that the room was clean - finally we asked for new sheets and the gentleman threw our sheets on the beds and called us a nasty name and told us we put those cars there!!! I was outraged! Don't stay here - disgusting service and rooms!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I stayed there last night for a concert at the 1st Bank Center and it was a good location. The noise/walking above us got a bit annoying, but for the price we paid...you get what you paid for. The front desk staff was NOT very helpful though.

I spent one night here to attend a concert at the 1st bank center and the location was awesome. The room was clean and although there is no counter in the bathroom, it was alright for one night. The only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. We could hear every movement on our entire floor. Voices, tv noise, walking, doors, water running. Bring earplugs.

Liked: The pool was clean, breakfast was plentiful, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: There were about three times when I tried to get hold of someone at the front desk when no one was there to answer.

Liked: Located very close to Boulder and Broomfield. Close to shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Lack of room service even after spending 6 nights and once requested; wasn’t provided.

Liked: The breakfast provided was great! Hot and cold food was plentiful and refreshed often. Lemon water was provided in the lobby during the day. The location was great and easy to get to.The staff was friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Some other guest were obviously homeless but their mother had paid for them a room. they searched bushes and all around constantly looking for a cigarette butt and asked if we smoked.
