Quality Inn & Suites Westminster

Our stay was fine. Room was clean. Very close to the 1st Bank Theater. Had no problem getting a cab to the venue and back to the hotel. Would recommend!

Seemed like a nice hotel till we got back to our room and pulled the pillows up and there were hot wheel cars underneath so obviously the room hadn't been cleaned so we called the front desk and all he kept saying was that the room was clean - finally we asked for new sheets and the gentleman threw our sheets on the beds and called us a nasty name and told us we put those cars there!!! I was outraged! Don't stay here - disgusting service and rooms!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I stayed there last night for a concert at the 1st Bank Center and it was a good location. The noise/walking above us got a bit annoying, but for the price we paid...you get what you paid for. The front desk staff was NOT very helpful though.

I spent one night here to attend a concert at the 1st bank center and the location was awesome. The room was clean and although there is no counter in the bathroom, it was alright for one night. The only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. We could hear every movement on our entire floor. Voices, tv noise, walking, doors, water running. Bring earplugs.

Liked: I really liked the location and how quiet the neighborhood is.
Disliked: There was nothing important, but the dining room seemed a little small. I reported to the front desk twice that the bathroom sink was clogged.

You get what you pay...

Liked: It was close to where I needed to be.
Disliked: The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever used. They were also actively painting the ceiling of the pool while people were swimming, with no ventilation. Also booked this hotel since it’s one of a few in the area with a hot tub, which didn’t work. Water pressure in the shower was a joke. Don’t book here unless it’s your only option

Liked: It was not as nice as the pictures portrayed.
Disliked: The pool area was dirty; the beds were not comfortable; breakfast options were very limited.

Liked: Pretty good breakfast. I had four pillows and two of them were great. Quiet area with flowering trees and grass.This motel is a great value and I love the flexible cancellation policy.
Disliked: While the high-use areas were clean, the stairs hadn't been vacuumed as recently as the hallways; there was an old deli item in the fridge and someone else's receipt in a crack between the desk and the cabinet.The other two pillows were lumpy but fortunately I didn't need them.I am not a fan of the deep-black furniture.
