Quality Inn & Suites Westminster

Our stay was fine. Room was clean. Very close to the 1st Bank Theater. Had no problem getting a cab to the venue and back to the hotel. Would recommend!

Seemed like a nice hotel till we got back to our room and pulled the pillows up and there were hot wheel cars underneath so obviously the room hadn't been cleaned so we called the front desk and all he kept saying was that the room was clean - finally we asked for new sheets and the gentleman threw our sheets on the beds and called us a nasty name and told us we put those cars there!!! I was outraged! Don't stay here - disgusting service and rooms!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I stayed there last night for a concert at the 1st Bank Center and it was a good location. The noise/walking above us got a bit annoying, but for the price we paid...you get what you paid for. The front desk staff was NOT very helpful though.

I spent one night here to attend a concert at the 1st bank center and the location was awesome. The room was clean and although there is no counter in the bathroom, it was alright for one night. The only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. We could hear every movement on our entire floor. Voices, tv noise, walking, doors, water running. Bring earplugs.

Wonderful staff, good location out...

Liked: The person who checked us in was very pleasant. When booking, I had requested a corner room and she was most accommodating. She upgraded us at no charge when we checked in.
Disliked: Bathroom door was coming off the hinges, but they fixed it when we let them know at the front desk. Looks like they were in the process of revamping this room but didn't quite get it all done.

Liked: Location was good, not far off of the highway. Breakfast was a little lacking in choices, no meat to go with the eggs. No bagels. Not much for the price point. Otherwise, a good basic hotel.

Book somewhere else.

Liked: Location was convenient. Close to needed things.
Disliked: Room was dirty. Shower didn’t work. Mold on the chaulking. Bathroom doors disintegrating. Pieces of wood molding missing. Called the front desk multiple times to figure out how to work shower - they couldn’t figure it out either. Didn’t offer a new room or anything. Pool and hot tub didn’t work.
