Our stay was fine. Room was clean. Very close to the 1st Bank Theater. Had no problem getting a cab to the venue and back to the hotel. Would recommend!

Seemed like a nice hotel till we got back to our room and pulled the pillows up and there were hot wheel cars underneath so obviously the room hadn't been cleaned so we called the front desk and all he kept saying was that the room was clean - finally we asked for new sheets and the gentleman threw our sheets on the beds and called us a nasty name and told us we put those cars there!!! I was outraged! Don't stay here - disgusting service and rooms!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I stayed there last night for a concert at the 1st Bank Center and it was a good location. The noise/walking above us got a bit annoying, but for the price we paid...you get what you paid for. The front desk staff was NOT very helpful though.

I spent one night here to attend a concert at the 1st bank center and the location was awesome. The room was clean and although there is no counter in the bathroom, it was alright for one night. The only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. We could hear every movement on our entire floor. Voices, tv noise, walking, doors, water running. Bring earplugs.

Liked: Good breakfast, clean room. They have DIY laundry. You can walk 15min to the bus stop and go to the city centre for 2,75$ in about 15min.

Disliked: I didn’t like that the breakfast was the some everyday we was their for 7 days and it was chicken nuggets every morning and hashbrowns that was not cooked all the way other then that we had a great stay

Good stay for the price!...

Liked: The man who checked us in was so kind and helpful! He took extra caution not to say our room number out loud (was just me and my young daughter) which made me feel extra safe since it was late and there were men in the lobby at that time. He also brought the space heater around for my daughter to warm up while we checked in, it was snowing pretty good outside. I wish I would’ve gotten his name!
Disliked: Would be nice to have one more waffle maker at breakfast and a “kid cereal”.

Liked: Great hotel for the price, comfy room and bed, quiet, very good breakfast
Disliked: The cleaning could be better, it wasn't terrible, we enjoyed our room

Exactly what I needed

Liked: Breakfast was good for the price of the room. Loved the waffle maker and yogurts. The coffee could be better for sure but overall was very happy with my options for food at 6am
Disliked: The coffee could be better other than that all was good w/the room, staff and breakfast

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: I did not like the state of the hotel...it could have been cleaner. The elevator was sketchy and breakfast was late and not to my liking. Serving frozen chicken nuggets is not my idea of breakfast. The price was good...you get what you pay for.
