An OK place

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Everything in the room worked as expected. The breakfast was adequate. The pool and hot tub were nice, but at least 2 little pool towels were needed to dry off.
Disliked: Stained hallway carpet. Lack of front desk personnel and room keys that were troublesome.

A total rip off.

Disliked: When a place price pre night has to do with what is going on in town is bull. A two night stay was over 428.00 dollars for that price the hot tub should have good jets. There was a hose filling the pool no stop. The person behind the counter at 2:30 pm I asked if room was ready she came back with it sould be ready at 3:00 pm It was funny than went back at t3:00 p6 and there was a man behind counter asked me if I wanted first or second floor. I will never stay there again. What a great way to spoil a person's experience in the West Bend Area.
