Exceptional

Liked: Staff was very helpful and professional. Room was wonderful. Key lock was a little.tempermental, but the room made.up for it. Will definitely be staying here again and will request our favorite room 313.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Smelt like stinky feet on the first floor

Liked: Good location for our needs. Big room and comfy bed. Large car park.Very pleasant staff.
Disliked: Breakfast very basic but probably what we expected.

Liked: I used the hotel as a bed and a breakfast. It met those criteria well. As far as picturesque, its not, but it served my needs. The overnight staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Grounds were need of repair. Big hole in driveway that filled with water. There was a water leak in the lower south hall that had overflowing buckets and a wet carpet. I understand these problems arise, but no work was done while I stayed there.

Passable

Liked: The breakfast was good. the location was great, the only hotel in Wellington.
Disliked: The mattress was well used, need to be replace. No pop machines or Ice machines were working. The whole facility needed to be updated. The staff were very good and working hard with what they had to work with.

Debacle but glad we could finally sleep

Liked: It is a good location.
Disliked: The night clerk took 30 minutes to check us in. We were the only ones in the lobby and it was 1:00 am. She gave us a room without air conditioningthey are replacing the air conditioners and I dont know which rooms are working and which are not. After getting ready for bed we had to request another room (no air conditioning). She then gave us a key to room #2. When we got there, it was OCCUPIED. Finally at 2:00 am we got room #3 and were able to go to sleep.

Bad experience, please avoid this hotel.

Disliked: We checked in, and then discovered there was no air conditioning in the building. Front desk refunded our money, only to discover they did not refund our money once we left. Called several times, but was unable to correct the needed refund. Turned the situation over to my credit card company, and they were unable to correct the refund. As of now, I am out $123.77.

Bad

Disliked: Never stayed, they overlooked and we didn't have a room.

Disappointing

Liked: NOTHING ! the room I had reserved hand no A/C so i was given another room. That room had a busy highway next to it , almost imposable to sleep and the rooms across the hall had water damage . and had fans running all night ! there were buckets in the hall to catch some thing leaking from the ceiling. I was told that long stay guests needed to request room cleaning . So I asked on the third day and it wasn't done till the after noon of the following day.
