Again I’m not tooooo picky...

Liked: Location…. Occasional good friendly staff….
Disliked: *MY TWO YOYNG BOYS AND I STAYED HERE FOR 3 NIGHTS AND 4 DAYS!!!!*I promise I am not that picky and can handle mostly anything situation I put myself in but… this was a hard place to stay at. First off… the fire alarms went off in total 6 times in our three night stay… all of which were “technical difficulties” no one evacuated. My family and I were in the pool and the alarm went off. We immediately got out and ran to the front and it was laughed off and we were told it was a “mistake” and we were okay to go about our day. We got back to the pool and it went off again. I’m sure from here you can guess how it went. Later that night around 10:30pm it went off again and was handled and we were told it was a false alarm again. The next day about the same thing happened again…..From there I’d like to add….. No secured outside doors-anyone can come into hotel through side doors. Construction and dirty spaces throughout entire hotel with no warning or signsVery bad smells throughout hotel- vomit and mildew smells throughout Broken doors/ handles in roomVery cheap put together room…. Very awkward cheap cut curtains that blocked the air/heat No hot water in shower/ bath plug and shower head broken Toilet clogged dailyTHE POOL IS EXTREMELY COLD!!!!! Very few breakfast items available and in MY opinion no effort put into it for the price you probably payStaff was very sparsely available at any time of day

Disliked: You need automatic doors at the entrance.

OK for the price

Liked: The room was very affordable and clean. It's located right off I-25 and although the lobby smell was off-putting, the room didn't smell at all. The free breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The pool area wasn't in good condition. There were ceiling tiles missing, and the heater was broken so we didn't go in. The hotel lobby smelled weird and the rooms were pretty outdated.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and professional. Room was wonderful. Key lock was a little.tempermental, but the room made.up for it. Will definitely be staying here again and will request our favorite room 313. 😀
Disliked: Nothing.

fabulous location and fabulous staff

Liked: Good location for our needs. Big room and comfy bed. Large car park.Very pleasant staff.
Disliked: Breakfast very basic but probably what we expected.

Passable

Liked: The breakfast was good. the location was great, the only hotel in Wellington.
Disliked: The mattress was well used, need to be replace. No pop machines or Ice machines were working. The whole facility needed to be updated.The staff were very good and working hard with what they had to work with.

Debacle but glad we could...

Liked: It is a good location.
Disliked: The night clerk took 30 minutes to check us in. We were the only ones in the lobby and it was 1:00 am. She gave us a room without air conditioning—‘they are replacing the air conditioners and I don’t know which rooms are working and which are not’. After getting ready for bed we had to request another room (no air conditioning). She then gave us a key to room #2. When we got there, it was OCCUPIED. Finally at 2:00 am we got room #3 and we’re able to go to sleep.
