Liked: Location is closer to Fort Drum. Closer to most of the frenchise burger places, Wall mart.
Disliked: No elevator, even though the building has 2 stories. Small bathroom.

Liked: This hotel is in a prime location right near Fort Drum with easy access to the surrounding Watertown and Thousand Islands region. Staff are always friendly, parking is easy and plentiful, and the rooms are always clean. One of the best "value" hotels I have stayed at. I've used them for years and plan to continue doing business with them.

Liked: The manager cake to guarantee that he would accommodate our needs. Everything in the room was set up.
Disliked: Shampoo and condition dispenser were empty
