Kinda bombed about my last...

Liked: The location meets all my preferences, and I normally stay here in July. Nevertheless, I'm questioning whether I'll choose to stay here again next July, if we're blessed with life.
Disliked: I recently experienced an issue with my service animal being blamed for something it did not do. The management team is generally responsive, but in this instance, they chose to retain my deposit. Additionally, I found a roach in my bed and blood on the wall and curtains, which was unsettling. This incident has been an exception to the otherwise clean and efficient service I've come to expect.

Liked: The office and the room were clean and well-put-together, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed to find that the pool was full of leaves, flowers, and bugs. I had hoped to enjoy a relaxing stay at this place, but the pool conditions were disappointing. Additionally, our key to our room consistently stopped working when we returned from getting food or going out. We had to ask the staff multiple times to reload the key to gain access to our room.
